I’ve walked my own Take a Breath journey. Backed in to a corner by maxing out my daily life working as a HR consultant Monday to Friday (and believe me HR consultants are used to some grief) and a door supervisor at weekends, it’s fairly safe to say my Energy Bank was running on Empty and my Stress-o-Meter scooting off the scale. It was completely unsustainable. Self-care had up and left in a bid to be first out the door on this sinking ship and had been replaced by a bit of a bully, Panic Attacks. I was getting ill regularly and things weren’t looking good, or enjoyable.
So, I did what you’re doing. I took a baby-step and there began my own journey to self-discovery and what made me calm, centred, and at peace with the world. In a nutshell: considerably less stressed. And when I don’t feel ‘on-track’? Well, I now have the skills and resources to recognise that, handle it, and get back on the right course pronto. I live it and I’m passionate about it.
Ultimately, this led me to become an Emotional Wellness Therapist incorporating my skills and background as a qualified and experienced Hypnotherapist, Counsellor, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, as well as becoming an Advanced Accredited Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) therapist. These are the tools I use to help others to Take a Breath and restore peace and calm in their lives.
I want to ‘pass it on’. I use my understanding of my own journey to help others. Therefore my Take a Breath Programme was born. It isn’t a one size fits all approach, but a bespoke blend of what you need for your well-being. The programme will help you to feel calm, peaceful, energised and simply to be the best that you can be, and trust me, you’re pretty awesome.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I do believe together we can work to overcome the challenges you face to your own wellbeing. I’m here, I’m willing and able to help, and I want to do so.
