1-to-1 Support: I provide confidential on-site counselling, hypnotherapy and energy therapy services which will enable staff to discuss and resolve any problems with the support of a caring and qualified professional. I always aim to use the therapy that best supports the individual client and will be led by their needs and requirements.
Group Sessions: Group Hypnotherapy and Relaxation sessions can help to boost productivity and personal well-being which is then reflected in workplace performance. I also run seminars to help employees recognise and manage stress at work.
Leadership & Executive Support: The challenges faced by those at management level can subject these members of your workforce to greater levels of stress, as well as different types of stress, compared to other employees. I’m highly experienced in providing therapeutic support, guidance and stress-relieving techniques for those in high-responsibility as well as high-profile roles.
