Owing to the unique nature of everyone’s difficulties, I aim to work in a variety of different ways to suit you and your circumstances. Regardless of the techniques I use, my goal is to enable you to achieve balance, calm and peace, so that you can reach your potential to be the wonderful ‘you’ that you are destined to be.

Your wellbeing is my primary concern, and together we will choose the right method, or combination of methods, suitable for you and your situation. My therapy and training skill base includes: Counselling; Hypnotherapy; Matrix Reimprinting; and The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).


We’re not talking “woo making you do embarrassing things on a stage here”, but true genuine therapy-based hypnotherapy where you remain firmly in control. Hypnosis is in fact a completely safe and natural state that we all enter at one time or another, most likely without realising it. If you’ve ever driven a well-worn route on auto-pilot, or been utterly absorbed in a book or film, you’ve been in a state of self-hypnosis. It is simply an alternative state of consciousness that allows thought processing on a different level.

In terms of therapy this is incredibly effective as the therapist is working with the subconscious, rather than conscious, mind. Given that many of our habits and behaviours are deeply rooted in our subconscious thought processes, this is highly effective for enabling change when our conscious mind remains ‘stuck’. Not all of the set programmes or patterns of behaviour that are stored in our sub-conscious are helpful or useful. For example: phobias, fears or bad habits such as over-eating or smoking.

Through hypnotherapy we can directly access these unhelpful imprinted patterns and seek to bring about change. During a hypnotherapy session, you will be guided in to a pleasant and relaxed state and gradually switch off the ‘chatter’ of your conscious mind. Once in this deeply relaxed state, your subconscious mind will be in a perfect state to absorb the new positive and beneficial suggestions it is being offered. The result is rapid and long-lasting change.

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

The Emotional Freedom Technique is used by millions worldwide to clear emotional stress and upset that hinders our ability to live with wellness and calm. The technique has been clinically shown to reduce depression, anxiety, traumatic stress, phobias, cravings and negative emotions such as anger, sadness, grief, fear, hurt and guilt. By using the EFT we work to create a sense of wellbeing and contentment.

EFT works on the principle that negative emotions are caused by a disturbance in our energy system. By tapping on acupuncture points and saying certain phrases out loud, we are able to effectively ‘rewire’ our energy system. The result is a feeling of both letting go, peace and calm as the negative emotions dissipate.

Yep, it really is that simple! I understand that trying something ‘new’ can make you feel vulnerable and unsure, that is why I am there to guide and explain every step of the way, making sure that the therapy you receive is tailored for you.


Often when we think of ‘therapy’ we envisage a long drawn-out process which is emotionally and financially painful. The beauty of Matrix Reimprinting is that it is an exceptionally quick and effective treatment for enabling transformations in health, wellness, relationships, career, finances, and spirituality.

We hold in our personal fields the stressful life that has gone before, not just as memories, but as specific energy bodies that prevent us from achieving growth and well-being.
