Conditions

Life has the potential to be an amazing and wonderful experience where we feel peace, happiness, and joy. Life also has the potential to be stressful, scary and overwhelming. The beautiful thing is that, in the main, we get to choose which experience we have and we get to choose again and again and again, which is great news if we may have made choices in that past that hasn't served us well.

When you are experiencing stress, fear, overwhelm, sadness, stuckness, frustration and anger, it can be really difficult to see the wood from the trees, you might feel like you will never feel positive again and it's at these times that reaching out for help is both a positive and courageous thing to do.

I'm pleased to offer EFT therapy, hypnotherapy and other forms of therapy in Tottenham and surrounding areas. I look forward to helping people assess themselves and sort through their conditions on a personal level. If you're ready to take the first step, give me a call or use the contact form to book your free initial consultation. This will allow you to find out if my therapy is for you.
